NOTD: My Milkshake Brings All The Boys To The Yard

My first foray into Topshop nail polish has been an outstanding success and has rarely been off my nails these past few months, despite me normally favouring richer shades in the depths of Winter.  Best £5 I've spent in a long time.  I can't say enough good things about this polish - a beautiful Spring pastel pink, wonderfully opaque after one coat, but stunning after two.  Quick drying and with a slick of Seche Vite, or any other clear polish over the top, fairly indestructible.

I don't know why I chose to photograph possibly my sloppiest application yet of this wonderful shade, and these here snaps were taken two full days after the initial application, but there you have it, I just had to show you!  I actually think it's the Seche Vite application which was particularly poor, but in real life my nails don't look as bad as they do blown up on here.

What Topshop polishes have you tried? Any recommendations pour moi?

  1. This is such a pretty colour, definitely reminds me of a strawberry milkshake... I haven't tried topshop polishes yet, I really need to!

  7. I like this color on you. Unlike most pale pinks, it doesn't wash out your nails.

  8. I am a teacher so need less in your face colours of nail polish so I can still look professional but cover up my odd natural coloured nails. I need to try this out, thanks so much for posting this, I hadn't thought to go to topshop.
